A brief, then drawings for a custom stand. The design follows the stand plan and what the client needs to show. Nothing is signed off until the client has seen it.

Design, build and install of bespoke stands for UK venues, including the NEC and ExCeL. Timber, joinery and graphics, made from scratch rather than from a modular kit.

What we do

Build
Joinery in the workshop: timber, MDF and MFC, counters, feature walls, hand painting and spraying, lighting and graphics. Parts are made to assemble on site.

Install
The crew fits the stand at the venue, including the NEC and ExCeL, and strips it out when the show closes.
Hire for smaller stands
A white reception counter and a meeting table, available to hire for smaller stands.
Who we are
Exhibit Lab designs, builds and installs bespoke exhibition stands. The work is made in the workshop, then fitted at the venue.
The workshop is in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. UK venues include the NEC, ExCeL and Olympia.
